Ohio Revised Code Section 3123.58
CauseThe Child Support Enforcement Agency has ordered a driver license suspension as a result of a default on a child support order, or the person has failed to comply with a warrant or subpoena regarding child support issues.
Indefinite suspension until requirements are met.
Appeal of suspension must be made through the court that ordered the child support payments.
Petition the court that ordered the child support payments. You are required to submit a copy of a recent noncertified driver's abstract and petition the court that ordered the child support payments. It is up to the discretion of both the court and the child support agency to approve the driving privileges. A journal entry bearing the court seal must be forwarded to the Bureau indicating the action the court took before our records are changed.
