Violation of Restriction Suspension
Ohio Revised Code Section 4507.14
Cause
Driver has violated a driver
license restriction (corrective lenses, mechanical control devices, daylight
driving only, etc.) relating to his ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Length of Suspension
Six (6) months effective on
the 31st day following the date of the suspension notification.
Appeal Procedure
May request an
administrative hearing by writing to the BMV within 30 days of the date of the
suspension notice.
Reinstatement
After the completion of the six
(6) month suspension period, the driver is required to pay a reinstatement fee
of $30.00.
