| General Information | The bus will be used solely for the transportation of agricultural employees, and used only in the transportation of such employees as are necessary in the operation of the farm. |
| Registrant Eligibility | These plates may be issued to any Ohio motorist. Applicant must complete BMV Form 4816 (Statement/Affidavit For Registration). Only issued for a period of 90 days. May be issued for an additional 90-day period, but may not be issued for more than two 90-day periods in any licensing year. |
| Title Requirements | Ohio Certificate of Title issued in individual's name, either singly or jointly, or the name is the same name on the lease agreement. |
| Vehicle Information | These plates may be issued to any vehicle registered as a bus. |
| Type of Plates | System assigned plates only. |
| Issuance Information | Plates must be obtained through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Columbus. These plates cannot be issued by a Deputy Registrar agency. |
