Weapon on School Property

Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.122

• Any person under the age of 19 years old who is adjudicated or convicted of conveying onto, or possessing on, school property a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance.

• Twelve (12) months to Thirty-six (36) months.

• Appeal of conviction is made to the court from which the conviction was imposed.

• Appeal for limited driving privileges is also made through the court from which the conviction was imposed.

• In addition to serving the suspension time a reinstatement fee is required. (Per H.B. 210)
